I don’t think I’ve watched this movie from start to finish…but since they show it so often on TV…I’ve seen the entire movie…=) Anyway…there is a joke that is told by Bender (Judd Nelson) as he is crawling through the ceiling…”A naked blond walks into a bar, with a poodle under one arm, and a two foot salami under the other. She lays the poodle on the table. Bartender says, “I suppose you won’t be needing a drink.” The naked lady says…” as that point he falls through the ceiling, lands safely and says “I forgot my pencil”. For years I always wondered what the freeking punchline to that joke was…and in an interview with Judd Nelson with Premier Magazine he told the world what it was. There isn’t one. Apparently the director and Judd were trying to find a joke or write a joke with the punch line “I forgot my pencil” but they couldn’t find one…and because they tried to back in to this particular scene…they had the end to the joke…but no joke to go with it…::sigh::
